Sony has updated the rules for PlayStation accounts. If a PSN account is not used for 3 years, Sony can close it.
Before this happens, Sony plans to send an email to the user. The user will have 6 months to answer and ask to keep the account open.
If the user does not respond in time, the account can be closed for good. Then the person may lose digital games, extra game content, and movies linked to the account. Many players are worried about this change.
