Sony has changed the service terms for PlayStation. The new rule says that PSN accounts left unused for 36 months can be closed.
Sony plans to warn users by email before the account is removed. After that, people will have six months to reply and ask for the account to stay open. If they do nothing, the account will be closed permanently.
When that happens, access to digital games, add-on content, and films bought through the store can also be lost. The change has worried many players, especially people who keep physical game collections and want more control over what they buy.
