Hildasay is a Scottish island near the west coast of Shetland. It is for sale for £350,000 (€414,000). The island covers 110 hectares. You can only reach it by boat.
It has a small stone house and a small place for boats to stop. The house has no connection to the main electricity supply. Past owners used wind power and a machine that burned fuel. New owners must arrange their own power. They also need official permission to improve the house.
Inside, there are places to sit and sleep, a stove, and a bathroom. Outside, the island has a rough, rocky coast and two freshwater lakes. Many birds live there. The birds change with the seasons.
