Citroën showed a new electric car design at the Paris Motor Show on 12 October 2026. It takes ideas from the company's famous 2CV. It is a test design, not a car people can buy yet.
The car is 3.76 metres long. It has a simple look and plenty of space inside. Citroën wants it to offer the same simple ideas and low price as the old 2CV.
The company plans to start making the car within two years, by 2028. It expects to make it in Europe. The starting price could be around €15,000. This is a price goal, not a final price.
