Hildasay is a Scottish island near the west coast of Shetland. It is for sale for £350,000 (€414,000). It covers about 110 hectares. You can only get there by boat.
The island has a small stone house and a small place for boats to stop. The house has a living space, a stove and a raised sleeping space. Its bathroom has a shower, sink and toilets. It has no connection to the main electricity supply. Past owners used wind and diesel to make electricity. New owners must arrange this themselves. They need official permission to improve the house.
The island has a rough coast and two freshwater lakes. Many birds live there. The birds change with the seasons.
