Leonard Nimoy’s TV show about mysteries

The Star Trek actor also presented a long-running TV show about strange events and unanswered questions.

Leonard Nimoy played Spock in Star Trek. He also presented a TV show called In Search Of. It ran from 1976 to 1982. It had six seasons and 144 episodes. Alan Landsberg created the show.

The programme looked at mysteries, from Bigfoot to the Titanic. Nimoy appeared on screen. He also spoke as viewers watched the stories. Each episode started with a warning. Some ideas were guesses, and other answers were possible.

The show helped people know Nimoy for work outside Star Trek. It also helped shape later TV programmes about strange events and things people could not explain.
