A new trailer has been released for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, one of the more notable films due to reach cinemas this year. The prequel, set 24 years before the events of the original series, centres on Haymitch Abernathy in his youth. Chosen to compete in the 50th Hunger Games, he is placed in a deadly contest that lies years before the story audiences already know. Francis Lawrence, who directed the original series, also directs this film. The cast combines younger versions of familiar characters with established names. Joseph Zada, Mckenna Grace, Whitney Peak, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Maya Hawke, Ben Wang and Elle Fanning play the younger roles, while Ralph Fiennes, Jesse Plemons, Kieran Culkin, Lili Taylor, Billy Porter and Glenn Close are also part of the cast. The film is scheduled for release on 20 November.
